The service

CyberVu offers online tools to view information that IMVU makes public (profiles, outfits, rooms, badges and products). CyberVu is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by IMVU, Inc. By using the site you accept these terms.

Accounts

Some tools require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide a valid email address that belongs to you.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro and Exclusive) are monthly subscriptions paid with card (Stripe) or PayPal. They renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from your account and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Plan changes

If you pay by card, changing plan keeps your subscription: upgrading charges the prorated difference immediately and downgrading leaves credit for your next payments. If you buy a new subscription with another method or from an older subscription, the previous one is cancelled automatically once the new payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refundable, including the remaining days of a subscription replaced by a new one, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to harass other users, to make automated or massive requests, to try to bypass its limits or security, or to resell its content. We may limit or suspend access to anyone who breaks these rules.

Availability and liability

The tools depend on IMVU and may stop working, totally or partially, when IMVU changes or limits its services. The site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for the use made of the information shown.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes affect your subscription we will notify you by email before they apply.
